Exterior Painting
The Lopez Island Grange exterior paint job has been completed! It looks fantastic!!! The exterior of our Grange building was in desperate need of painting. Paint peeling especially on the south wall was exposing bare wood to the elements. In the kitchen area (pop-out built in the 1950’s) there was the presence of soft wood. The whole building is being scraped by hand, caulked, primed and painted. Our contractors got started late in the summer of 2019 and were able to complete one half of the building before the fall rains. The rest is being completed this summer of 2020.
